An All Ages Ranch Vacation!

From my initial inquiry until the day we checked out, our host Asya was incredibly accommodating, helpful, responsive, and patient. I was planning a last-minute family reunion for a large group ranging in age from 15 months to 73 years. I booked all 5 homes on the Ranch for a full week, and we had some special requests; for example, my mom is in a wheelchair and our host Asya coordinated with her onsite manager (the amazing and incomparable Enrique) to ensure access would not be an issue - they measured doorways, checked clearance around beds, and even built a custom ramp so that my mom could easily enter the main home. After initial booking, Asya and I remained in touch and she continued to impress with lightning-quick and accommodating responses. Example: we had a family member who needed to drop off items early on our check-in day, and Asya and Enrique made this easy... During our stay, everyone in my group enjoyed the homes, the pool, and the animals on the property (5 horses, 20+ goats, chickens, ducks, and the coolest burro any of us have ever encountered - so much personality!). The weather was warm, so the pool and the air conditioning units (there are at least two in every unit) got lots of use. Asya checked in regularly but without being intrusive to ensure things were going smoothly and to make sure we were having a great stay. When issues arose - there was a pool/pump issue one day and a TV issue another - Enrique (onsite) and Asya (remote) coordinated a quick response and we were back up and running in short order... Other highlights: a challenging and fun hike/scramble area out the back door, a fire pit (Enrique set up a great fire on our arrival day and we all enjoyed s'mores), large common areas for group dining, proximity to the aerial tramway (less than 5 miles) and town (for a grocery run), and the soundtrack of ranch living. The Lazy C Ranch is not luxury, 5-star accommodations, but if you're reading this, that is not what you are looking for. What the Ranch does offer is the kind of place and experience that's not easy to find any more, and I strongly encourage you to get there while you still can! All in all, we were very pleased and we left with wonderful memories, photos, videos, and stories that we will cherish for years and years. I am grateful to Asya and Enrique for their kindness and for the welcome they extended to my family and me, and I hope to return someday.

Baby friendly!

We had an amazing time at the ranch! We took our 20 months old baby and he enjoyed it so much! We all had fun with all the animals, horses, goats and chickens. The house is really nice and clean. We also loved the beautiful pool. The ranch is close to downtown and to the aerial tramway . Asya is a wonderful host, it's so easy to communicate with her when I had any questions or concerns she got back to me right away . We would definitely go back.

Great stop on our road trip from LA

The staff was friendly and accommodating! The suite was very nice and even bigger than it appeared in the pictures and had full air conditioning. It was private and close to everywhere we planned to go downtown. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing experience!

This was my first time staying on a ranch, and I absolutely loved it. My boyfriend and I had a lot of fun hiking during the day and exploring downtown Palm Springs. The ranch is in a secluded area of the city so nights are quiet and beautiful. We especially loved playing with the baby goats and horses! Thanks again Lazy C.

Bachelorette Party

We rented our place at Lazy C for a bachelorette party. It was awesome! Perfect for a group like us. Right on the edge of town so we could party when we wanted, then come back to the ranch and relax. The pool is AMAZING.

We loved the Mustang

My wife and son and I loved this ranch. I grew up on a farm myself, so this kind of atmosphere was such a great throwback. My five year old son loved meeting the horses and goats, and we even got some fresh chicken eggs to take home! We stayed here at the end of a long road trip, and it was a much needed respite after staying in cheap motels. We hope to come back one day.
